Nice selection of cars, very nice salesman. Did not buy the car as did not agree on the price. I have managed to buy our car somewhere else which is exactly the same with less faults but more extras ie spare key, low mileage, etc.... It's good to visit the shop.
The measure of any business is how they respond when things go wrong. Any fool can run a business when every deal is a success. I've dealt with these guys twice. First time it was a breeze. Walked up. Bought a car. Drove away. The car is still outside my house 6 years later. Not a days trouble. The second time my luck ran out. The walk up, buy a car and drive away part was successful. The rest was a nightmare. My son wanted a car and we recommended these guys. A few days after buying the car it developed a problem. It was under warranty (thank God!) so we took it back to get it fixed. That's when we entered a Kafkaesque nightmare that rumbled on for almost two months. Every time we called to check on progress we were informed that something else had gone wrong with the car. It got to the stage where we wondered how the car was actually in a good enough state to be driven in the first place. Good customer service also requires a level of responsibility from the vendor. Not these guys. They never called back despite saying they would 'keep us posted'. As the days and weeks passed our level of frustration was only matched by their indifference. We eventually ran out of patience after another story about 'something wrong with the steering'. So we asked for our money back. That's when things took a more creative turn on their part. Only one person could write a cheque to pay us back (its 2018 remember). They can take your money electronically but have to resort to methods from the ark to give it back to you. Then the poor guy who was the 'only one' who could sign a cheque was in hospital. He then went on holiday only to return and head back to hospital. He also managed to change name three times in three weeks.Eventually we got the money after a heated discussion about Trading Standards. Customer Service. Its the little things that matter. Don't lie. Don't make things up. Don't make life difficult for your customers. If you buy a car from these guys you better cross your fingers and hope nothing goes wrong. Because if it does then you'll be treated like you don't matter.
Saw cars i was interested in on website, went over all sold. However, another was due in midweek and this was reserved for me and finance checked. Went over as arranged, test drove car, finance all ok, went back next day car ready to drive away. Excellent service, no fuss or drama. Thank you
