I cant praise Act Fast Solutions highly enough. This is the second time Omar has attended our property and on both occasions impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism and honesty. I will use no other plumber now. Omar was very descriptive in what he was doing clearly explaining everything to me. He quickly identified a problem preventing flow to my kitchen tap which 3 other plumbers had previously looked at and stated that nothing could be done. Omar made recommendations and advised honestly. Our whole heating system was reviewed and the house has never been warmer. Outstanding service
A great bloke and a great service. Omar was very clear and explained every step. He also gave me loads of little tips to help me maintain my boiler. I told him about my time constraints and he ensured the work was done in the time i said. I can not fault him at all. My only issue, and what stopped me giving 5 stars, is the cost. This was made up of a diagnostic charge and labour cost for fitting but was still too pricey. However, like i said a great block and a great service.
Omar has helped us on 2 occasions. Firstly, troubleshooting a difficult fault, and then secondly fully servicing a boiler that had been poorly serviced in the past. He was careful, polite and thorough. At each step he showed me the issues in the boiler. Excellent service, and would gladly use again.
Absolutely brilliant job!! Showed up on time. Did a great job. A very polite man. Our boiler works like new thank you Omar. Would definitely recommend. 5***** service
Like other reviewers, unfortunately Omar has ripped me off as well. Very disappointed as I was led to believe hes a trustworthy guy and regrettably he has broken that trust. Avoid.
