Good selection of stock for the fresh water tropical fish keeper. Staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. It's just a shame that if you do have to bring a fish back that they won't give you credit against something else.

It's OK but run down a bit lately. I got a lovely koi when they emptied the display pond but it died within about 10 days. They said "oh well" and "he lived here for years so can't have been a bad fish." The one in binfield / Warfield near bracknell much better. Same thing happened there and they offered me a replacement fish....
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection of fish and shop is tidy. Fish are slightly expensive and did spot one sickly fish (sunken stomach on a small catfish), however in general the fish seem healthy apart from some, being a bit washed out colour wise, but this is normal, considering the fish may not have been in the shop for that long. The shop is tidy and well organised. I would recommend this shop if you are looking for fish or supplies.
